ALAIA PARFUM

This film is about the story behind Alaia's first feminine fragrance. We begin on the Rue de Moussy in Paris, where we see the director of Beauty Prestige International; Nathalie Helloin-Kamel enter the Alaia's atelier. We follow her upstairs to a meeting with the creative team; Alaia himself, the campaign photographer Paulo Roversi, model Guinevere Van Seenus, Carla Sozzani, bottle designer Martin Szekely, hair dresser Julien D'ys, and perfumer Marie Salamagne. Next we see the evolution of the bottle design and enter Paulo Roversi's Studio for the final shoot.

The film was made using cut out water colour illustrations and outfits made of real velvet, silk, cotton, lace and gold leaf.
